Welcome to TryMyGuns (TMG) — a technology platform and marketplace that connects firearm owners ("Owners") with individuals ("Users") interested in viewing or experiencing privately owned firearms in controlled environments such as licensed shooting ranges.
- ◆ TryMyGuns does not own, sell, rent, lease, transfer, or handle firearms.
- ◆ TryMyGuns is not a firearms dealer, broker, or service provider.
- ◆ We act solely as a neutral platform facilitating connections between users.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TryMyGuns, you agree to:

- All applicable laws and regulations
- Our Privacy Policy (if applicable)
If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
Platform Role & No Agency
TryMyGuns does not verify listing accuracy, guarantee safety or legality, supervise user interactions, or act as a party to any agreement between users.
All interactions and agreements are solely between users.
Eligibility Requirements
By using the platform, you confirm that you are:
- ✓At least 18 years old (or legal age in your jurisdiction)
- ✓Legally allowed to possess and handle firearms
- ✓Not prohibited by law from firearm-related activities
User Responsibility & Legal Compliance
Users must comply with all local, state, and federal laws; follow all firearm safety rules; and only engage in legal activities.
TryMyGuns is not responsible for determining the legality of any activity.
Firearm-Specific Requirements
Users acknowledge that firearms are inherently dangerous and activities may result in serious injury or death.
Users may be required to bring their own legally owned firearm and provide proof of ownership or eligibility.
Assumption of Risk
By using TryMyGuns, you accept all risks, including injury or death, property damage, misuse of firearms, and actions of other users.
Participation is entirely at your own risk.
Liability Waiver & Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TryMyGuns is not liable for injury, death, harm, damages from user interactions, misuse of firearms, illegal activity by users, or user disputes.
This applies to claims involving negligence, misrepresentation, product defects, and user conduct.
No Verification Guarantee
TryMyGuns does not guarantee user identity, listing accuracy, firearm condition or safety, or truthfulness of information.
Users must perform their own due diligence.
Payments, Bookings & Future Monetization
TryMyGuns may facilitate payments, charge service fees, and implement cancellation/refund policies. However, we are not responsible for service fulfillment, experience quality, or user disputes.
Prohibited Activities
Users may NOT:
- ✕Use the platform illegally
- ✕Misrepresent identity
- ✕Practice unsafe firearm handling
- ✕Harass or harm others
- ✕Conduct scams or unauthorized transactions
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
Account Termination
TryMyGuns may suspend or terminate accounts, remove listings without notice, and deny access for any reason at any time. No explanation is required.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless TryMyGuns from all claims, damages, legal actions, and costs arising from your platform use, user interactions, or violation of these terms.
Privacy & Data Use
We may collect data to operate the platform, improve services, and communicate with users. We do not sell personal data.
No Warranty
The platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" with no guarantees regarding safety, reliability, accuracy, or availability.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of California.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
